SolarCRM is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that is delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical products.

Delivery of Services

• All services offered by SolarCRM are provided electronically.
• Access to the platform is granted through login credentials sent to the registered email address.
• No physical delivery, courier, or shipping is involved.

Service Activation

• Upon successful payment confirmation, the SolarCRM account is activated instantly or within 24 business hours.
• In rare cases where manual verification is required, activation may take slightly longer. Users will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Charges

• No shipping or delivery charges are applicable, as there is no physical shipment.

Geographical Availability

• SolarCRM services are available across India and other supported regions, subject to internet availability.
